First up was my friend Kat. I’ve never had a black eye so I told her to aim straight for my left eyeball. It seems like I’ve been pretty alright to her because, gauging according to her punch, she doesn’t seem to have any pent-up resentment against me.
Kat’s first punch landed on my cheek so I let her have another. This time she got me right on the eye, but it still didn’t do much. She wanted another shot, but there was a line forming.
Next up was my girlfriend. Right before she punched me, our friend whispered “think about all the times you’ve wanted to break up with him” to rile her up. I feel like a bitch for falling back, but it honestly didn’t hurt that much. I’ll just chalk it up to drinking and my twig-like frame.
Last up was my friend Jackie. Jackie, if you’re reading this, I don’t know what kind of fucked up shit I’ve done to you (I have a feeling it relates to that stupid fucking hat), but I am really, really sorry.
