The rape joke in any language is a delicate beast. So one way to deal with it is to have a cross dressing man be the victim of a good attempted raping, not once but twice and by both sexes! WOW!
Once this device is employed you have explained to the world that everyone is a rapist in some way, defused the tension and created a galaxy for laughter!
