I heard on the Big Three Podcast that Perry believed Bieber was his friend because he got a Tweet from Justin. How did they do that? If they made a fake account, didn’t Perry notice the guy only had a handful of followers?
Also, anyone know about this new angle where the daughter is getting involved and asking Jimmy Kimmel to help her with her music career?
